A favourite can be that love at first sight attraction, that longing you cannot escape, that “sometimes you just know” feeling. Anastasia is so absolutely one of these favourites for us. Is it the colour? A romantic combination of plum and dark pink, with touches of teal, Is it the design? A well-mannered, serene continuous geometric floral with a whisper of the plaid under-layer shining through. Or is it just the perfect storm of perfect-imperfection? We tend to buy pieces for our home to fit in with our existing decor — Anastasia tempts us to work our decor around her. Simply exquisite.
The reverse in clean powder blue offers an ideal companion; a clever yet innocent contrast which is beautiful on its own but keeps the eye focused on the magical front.
The real question is whether we can part with her.
