The Banti Kantha is beautiful front to back. One side a magical caramel tinged with subtle hints of red and offset by beautiful white. As is typical of kantha, one corner hosts a complimentary colour pattern with gold (not “blingy” which was hard to photograph!) and red. The reverse a very different but equally lovely design: a pink (not too bright but not faded either) offset by miniature white detailing. The corner pattern a contrasting blue & green which is found in the border as well.
Incredibly soft the Banti is. Just a lovely find weather for the sophisticated ethereal feel of the front or the beautifully balanced back.
