The Dilpa Kantha is a strong beauty. One side warm mustard yellow with stitching in dark green, the other dark green with a subtle pale yellow window-pane pattern running through. Both sides feature bright red embroidered flowers to one end. Wonderfully rich in colour, alluring in pattern, and boasting exquisitely fine stitching, the Dilpa is a fine example of the coveted kantha.

While machine washing in cold (line dry) is an option, dry cleaning is recommended
Our kantha are hand block printed (and occasionally hand screen printed) in Indian cotton. Given vintage fabrics are used, small imperfections may be found and are part of the charm.
