The Ettie is one of those divinely soft kantha we love stumbling across. Her beautiful design in calming green & white seals the deal. A rare one in both pattern & colour, she’s a fabulous addition to our ranks. The reverse is a wonderful warm plaid of blues with touches of purple — all plaids are great but some can be a bit ‘meh’, this one is a crowd pleaser.
Each kantha is hand-selected on trips to Jaipur. We choose them for a host of reasons but the main determinant is ‘do I want this for my own home’. As with all vintage fabrics, there can be signs of wear or the odd patch or two. Kantha lovers find these perfect imperfections to add, not detract, from their charm. The Ettie Kantha is in lovely condition as vintage kantha go but worth noting there are a few areas of worn fabric.
